A new, multifamily development within the Walden Lake community is being proposed by Walden Lake LLC in compliance with Florida’s recently-enacted Live Local Act and the City of Plant City Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code.

This is a visionary plan, one of the first in the Tampa Bay area, that supports the state’s efforts to provide more attainable housing for all Floridians. Law enforcement, educators, first responders, healthcare professionals, military and veterans will all be able to take advantage of this new housing opportunity.

The City of Plant City is reviewing the preliminary plat under the Live Local Act and the State of Florida requirements in order to provide administrative approval so that the project can move forward.
